Concur Travel Booking Tool Interface Changes
On June 8th, the Concur Travel booking tool is getting a major facelift! The new interface is designed to be more intuitive, mirroring the user-friendly look and feel of popular commercial booking sites.
What you need to know
Downtime Alert: The Concur booking tool will be offline all day on June 8th.
Trip Visibility: * Pre-June 8th Bookings: These will no longer be visible within the Concur interface after the move. Don’t worry, the data is safe! It remains accessible via our reporting tools and the Andavo Traveler platform.
Modifying Existing Trips: If a traveler needs to update a booking made before June 8th, they should reach out to Christopherson Business Travel for assistance.
