You can cancel or make changes to a hotel, flight, or rental car by using either of the following two methods:
  1. Contact Christopherson Business Travel Agency: Email them at  stateofutahtravel@cbtravel.com or call (800) 367-3230
  2. Use the Concur Booking Tool: Follow guide https://finance.utah.gov/wp-content/uploads/Concur_changing_a_purchased_and_ticketed_trip.pdf

NOTE: Any changes made to booked travel will result in extra agency fees.
