How soon will a new employee have access to Concur?
New employee profiles are automatically created by pulling data from the HR file each night. An employee should have access to Concur within 48 hours of their hire date.
If an employee is in a protected status in HRIS, their profile will need to be created manually by the Concur team.
VPN is NOT required as Concur is an open-source site.
If after 48 hours, don't see the Single Sign-On (SSO) submit a general help ticket. We will verify your presence in the system, confirm your login information, and provide detailed resolution steps.
